Shipping

Orders normally ship on the same day of payment excluding weekends and holidays. Depending on the time of purchase delivery may be processed the following business day. All of our products are sent using Australia Post express mail.  Slim-me.com.au currently ships to all regions of Australia, New Zealand and the United States. Purchases from any other country will be require confirmation by email before purchase to confirm our ability to supply our product into other countries.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of opened items due to the nature of our products.  Unopened and unused products can be returned after first advising us in writing of your intention to return goods after which further advice shall be provided.
